Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Customer Support role located in Hisar. The Customer Support team member will respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing transparent and courteous assistance on orders, product details, and policies. The role includes handling complaints and returns, tracking issues, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure prompt resolution.



Day-to-day responsibilities also involve updating customer records, documenting recurring issues, and sharing feedback with product and operations teams to improve the overall customer experience. The ideal candidate will represent Vilante’s brand values in every interaction and help build customer loyalty through reliable, empathetic support.
Qualifications

Strong Customer Support and Communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally and empathetically with diverse customers.
Technical Support and Troubleshooting abilities to resolve basic product-related and order-related issues efficiently.
Analytical Skills to interpret customer feedback, identify patterns in issues, and suggest improvements to processes.
Proficiency with customer service tools (e.g., ticketing systems, CRM software) and basic computer applications.
Good spoken and written English; knowledge of Hindi or other regional languages is an advantage.
