We are looking for an experienced AI/ML Engineer with strong expertise in Python and Generative AI to design, build, and deploy enterprise-grade AI solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building Agentic AI applications, working with LLMs, and implementing RAG-based solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and enhance AI and Generative AI solutions using Python.
Build and manage Agentic AI workflows for complex task execution.
Develop AI applications using Python-based agent frameworks/ADKs.
Create effective prompts, system instructions, and agent interaction patterns.
Implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) techniques for context-aware AI applications.
Work with MCP (Model Context Protocol) and agent/tool integration patterns.
Develop orchestration workflows using LangGraph or similar graph-based frameworks.
Use MLflow or similar tools for experiment tracking and model lifecycle management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile workplace.
Debug, optimize, and support Python-based AI applications in enterprise environments.
Required Skills
Strong hands-on experience in Python.
Strong understanding of AI & Generative AI concepts.
Hands-on experience building Agentic AI solutions.
Experience with Python ADK or similar agent development frameworks.
Good understanding of Prompt Engineering.
Experience in defining agent behaviors and writing effective system instructions.
Experience with Agentic Flows / Orchestration Patterns.
Hands-on experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol).
Experience implementing RAG techniques.
Experience with MLflow or similar ML lifecycle tools.
Hands-on experience with LangGraph or similar orchestration frameworks.
Strong debugging, problem-solving, and Python coding skills.
Experience working in Agile teams.
Good to Have
Experience with PySpark.
Exposure to Big Data ecosystems.
Knowledge of Data Engineering, Cloud, or MLOps.
