Role Description We are seeking a Senior Amazon Connect Solution Architect to lead enterprise customer experience transformation programs using Amazon Connect and AWS Cloud technologies.

The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in contact center architecture, cloud-native design, enterprise integrations, AI-driven customer engagement, and large-scale migration programs. This role will be responsible for defining solution strategy, architecture standards, platform governance, and delivery leadership across multiple customer programs.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Architecture & Strategy

- Design scalable and secure cloud-native customer engagement solutions.
- Lead modernization and migration initiatives from legacy contact center platforms such as Genesys, Amazon Connect, NICE, and other enterprise telephony systems.
- Establish architecture standards, design patterns, and best practices.
- Ensure scalability, security, and maintainability of integration solutions.

Customer Experience Transformation




- Design omnichannel engagement strategies across Voice, Chat, Email, SMS, and Digital Channels.
- Implement customer self-service and conversational AI solutions.
- Drive customer experience improvements through automation and analytics.

AI & Generative AI
- Design and implement Amazon Lex conversational AI solutions.
- Leverage Amazon Bedrock and Generative AI services for Agent Assist, knowledge search, call summarization, and customer interaction intelligence.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies.

Technical Leadership
- Lead team across architecture, development and QA.
- Mentor Junior engineers and solution designers.
- Provide technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
