Role Description We’re looking for a senior resource with a robust CGI / 3D animation background who has been actively exploring the rapidly evolving world of AI video generation. You should be someone who:

- Has a solid foundation in CGI, 3D animation, VFX or motion design




- Has hands-on experience experimenting with AI video models and workflows — Kling, Seedance, Veo, Runway, etc.
- Understands how to push AI models creatively, rather than just using them at a basic level
- Has a strong eye for visual storytelling, composition, movement and continuity
- Enjoys experimenting with new models, tools and workflows as they evolve
- Can translate creative briefs into practical AI-driven visual solutions
- Is comfortable leading and mentoring a team of 3 This is a hands-on senior role — you’ll be creating, experimenting, problem-solving and also guiding the team in developing new AI video workflows.
