Key Responsibilities :

- Own AI projects end-to-end, from discovery and solution architecture to deployment and production support.
- Design and develop Agentic AI applications, multi-agent systems, and RAG-based solutions.
- Build production-ready AI applications using Google Gemini APIs, Vertex AI, Model Garden, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Develop AI workflows using frameworks such as LangGraph, ADK, CrewAI, or similar technologies.
- Work directly with enterprise clients to understand business requirements and deliver scalable AI solutions.
- Make architecture decisions while ensuring scalability, reliability, observability, and cost optimization.




- Mentor engineering teams, conduct code reviews, and contribute reusable AI components and engineering best practices.

Required Skills :

- 6+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Minimum 3 years of dedicated experience in AI Native Engineering.
- Strong expertise in Google Gemini, Vertex AI, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Proven experience building and deploying Agentic AI and Generative AI applications in production.
- Strong understanding of LLMs, RAG, Prompt Engineering, AI Orchestration, Tool Calling, Context Management, and AI Evaluation.
- Excellent software engineering fundamentals, including System Design, APIs, Microservices, Reliability, and Production Engineering.
- Solid communication skills with the ability to independently manage client interactions.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with Node.js/Fastify, React/React Native, MongoDB, and cloud-native architectures.
- Experience in multi-model orchestration and AI middleware.
- Open-source contributions or a portfolio of deployed AI applications will be an added advantage.
