AI/ML Engineer – Revolutionize Semiconductor Design with AI!

About the Role:

Are you an AI/ML Engineer passionate about building next-generation AI solutions? Do you enjoy solving complex problems in a rapid-paced, innovation-driven environment where your work has a direct impact on the future of semiconductor design?

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated AI/ML Engineer to develop and deploy advanced machine learning models across multiple data modalities, including graph, image, and time-series data. You will also play a key role in designing and fine-tuning agentic workflows powered by Large Language Models (LLMs), contributing to cutting-edge AI applications in semiconductor engineering.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Strong understanding of deep learning concepts and hands-on experience building machine learning models.
- Proficiency in Python and leading ML frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow.
- Experience with Graph Neural Networks (GNNs) is highly desirable.
- Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), including prompt engineering, supervised fine-tuning, and agentic AI workflows.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Mathematics, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 4+ Years of relevant industry experience in AI/ML development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and curate high-quality datasets from unstructured sources such as research papers, books, and web content by extracting text, images, and tables.




- Build and maintain knowledge graphs from diverse unstructured data sources.
- Develop and implement data augmentation and synthetic data generation techniques to improve model performance.
- Design and develop intelligent agentic workflows using Large Language Models.
- Create evaluation frameworks to measure the quality, consistency, and reliability of LLM-based systems.
- Deploy and optimize Large Language Models in on-premise environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to integrate AI solutions into semiconductor design workflows.
