Talasha has been mandated to hire a Senior Acquisitions & Business Development Manager for a full-stack home resale and property platform based in Mumbai that revolutionises the way users buy and sell secondary homes. This tech enabled startup has recently raised series A funding led by Stellaris Ventures and in this role you will be working on onboarding sellers of premium residential properties on the platform
Responsibilities
- Lead seller acquisition efforts for the property platform in a given micro market
- Pitch, present, negotiate and onboard Sellers to the platform
- Adopt a consultative form of sales - taking efforts in understanding the clients pain points & guiding them on perks of the platform
- Build long-term relationships with the sellers & manage escalations
- Own the acquisitions & business development metrics end to end - from strategizing innovative offline & online ways to reach the right potential clients to implementing those campaigns/strategies
- Build strategic partnerships with various premium networking groups
- Participate in relevant industry events, exhibitions, engagements & summits to acquire leads
- Reach potential clients via cold calling, referrals & in-person meetings to present the sales pitch & offerings
- Up sell and cross sell to existing clients and accounts

- Experience in consultative form of sales for luxury products
- Experience in building acquisitions funnels & business development strategy for startups
