The Role: Senior Accounts Officer

This is not a repetitive, back-bench bookkeeping role. You will independently command the end-to-end financial ecosystem of a premium portfolio of 56 international companies. You will serve as the core client liaison, orchestrate flawless month-end closures, and architect high-impact MIS reports that business leaders rely on for strategic decision-making.

Main Accountabilities

- Portfolio Ownership: Manage independent end-to-end bookkeeping, general ledgers, and accounts finalization for 56 companies.
- Financial Reporting: Keep all ledgers audit-ready; generate precise monthly P&L; statements, Balance Sheets, and strategic MIS reports.
- Receivables Management: Oversee accounts receivable pipelines and actively lead payment follow-ups.
- Operations & Invoicing: Manage inventory tracking, generate Delivery Orders (DOs), and structure project-based invoicing against timelines.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a small,



highly collaborative team of junior accountants.
- Data Organization: Ensure flawless, policy-compliant filing and digital document management

Technical Skills Required

- Accounting Ecosystems: Hands-on expertise in global software like Xero, MYOB, Sage, or QuickBooks.
- Advanced MS Excel: Absolute mastery of data functions including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF statements, and Subtotals.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills for direct international client handling.
- Project Management: Proven ability to troubleshoot issues, lead client conversations independently, and drive finalization workflows

Qualifications & Experience

- Education: M.Com, MBA/PGDM in Finance, CA Inter / Semi-Qualified, ICWA (CMA) Inter*(Note: Please do not apply if you are actively pursuing CA Finals or awaiting results).*
- Total Experience: Minimum 3 years of robust work experience in accounting and taxation.
- Relevant Experience: At least 2 years of solid exposure to audit, taxation, and preparation of final accounts within a reputed CA firm or corporate environment.
- Core Traits: Meticulous attention to detail, fast learning agility, and a strong willingness to take the initiative.
