Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Female Senior Accountant with 10+ years of hands-on accounting experience to independently manage the complete accounting function of our manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate should possess solid expertise in Tally Prime/ERP, GST, TDS, taxation, statutory compliance, financial reporting, and Microsoft Excel. She should be capable of handling accounts independently while coordinating with auditors, banks, vendors, and management.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end accounting operations in Tally Prime/ERP.

- Record and verify all accounting transactions accurately.

- Prepare and maintain sales, purchase, payment, receipt, and journal vouchers.

- Generate invoices and maintain billing records.

- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.

- Perform bank reconciliation and maintain cash and bank books.

- Prepare monthly MIS reports and financial statements.

- Prepare, verify, and file GST Returns accurately and within statutory deadlines.

- Calculate, deduct, deposit, and file TDS Returns.

- Reconcile GST, TDS, and ledger accounts.

- Maintain statutory records and ensure compliance with applicable financial regulations.

- Coordinate with Chartered Accountants, auditors, banks, and government authorities.

- Handle vendor reconciliations and customer account reconciliations.

- Maintain fixed asset records and accounting documentation.

- Prepare reports required by management for financial planning and decision-making.

- Handle official email correspondence related to accounts and finance.

- Ensure proper record keeping, documentation,



and timely completion of all accounting activities.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com).

- M.Com or relevant accounting qualifications will be preferred.

Experience

- 10+ years of experience in accounting and finance.

- Experience in a manufacturing, construction materials, RMC, or industrial company will be preferred.

- Hands-on experience in independently managing complete accounts is mandatory.

Required Skills

- Strong expertise in Tally Prime/ERP.

- Excellent command of Microsoft Excel (Advanced Formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Data Analysis, MIS Reporting).

- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, statutory compliance, and accounting principles.

- Experience in finalization of accounts and audit coordination.

- Good analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
