Analysis between Actual v/s Target with reason of gaps. . Preparation of various P&L; reports and ensuring timely adherence to deadlines . Prepare and present Year-to-Date (YTD) Analysis of Income & Expenditure .
Cost Analysis - branch-wise analysis of Direct and Indirect Cost. . Headed as Team Leader in Infrastructure & CI Audit and WAR Audit (Workshop Assessment Report) done by TATA Motors Limited. . Prepare reports of Off-take v/s Consumption of Spare parts on monthly basis and calculate incentives to be received from TATA Motors Limited thereon. .
