Role: Sr. Accountant

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end accounting operations including sales, purchases, expenses, vendor payments, customer receipts, and bookkeeping.
- Handle import accounting, customs duties, freight, landed cost allocation, and inventory accounting.
- Ensure timely GST, TDS, and Income Tax compliance, including GST returns, TDS filings, reconciliations, and statutory payments.
- Perform marketplace reconciliations for Amazon, Nykaa, TIRA, Myntra, and other online platforms, including sales, returns, settlements, commissions, and deductions.
- Reconcile bank accounts, payment gateways, credit cards, and wallets, and resolve discrepancies.
- Manage accounts receivable, accounts payable, vendor/customer coordination, payment follow-ups, and ledger reconciliations.
- Prepare MIS reports, P&L; summaries, expense analysis,



and financial reports.
- Coordinate with auditors, maintain audit-ready records, and improve accounting processes.

Requirements:

- 2+ years of accounting experience, preferably in D2C, E-commerce, Retail, or Marketplace companies.
- Robust knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, statutory compliance, and accounting principles.
- Hands-on experience with Tally, Zoho Books (or similar accounting software), MS Excel, and Google Sheets.
- Strong analytical, reconciliation, communication, and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
