Overview We are looking for a skilled Senior Accountant to oversee the financial operations of our team. This role involves leading and mentoring a team of 2-3 Junior Accountants, collaborating with the Assistant Manager and Senior Manager, and ensuring accuracy in financial processes and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and verify the work of Junior Accountants, ensuring accuracy and adherence to accounting standards.
- Collaborate with the Assistant Manager and Senior Manager to streamline financial operations and reporting.
- Prepare and assist in filing returns for taxes, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Assist in internal and external audits.
- Oversee the preparation of financial statements and other management reports.
- Monitor and analyze financial data, identifying trends and discrepancies.




- Provide guidance and training to Junior Accountants, fostering their professional growth.
- Ensure timely completion of month-end and year-end closing processes.

Qualifications & Skills

- Experience: 3-6 years in accounting, with a focus on team leadership and financial reporting.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proficiency in taxation, auditing, and financial compliance.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across levels.
- Detail-oriented with solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
