Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to oversee day-to-day accounting operations, ensure financial accuracy, maintain statutory compliance, and support financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, audits, and ERP systems, with the ability to work independently and collaborate across departments.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the company's general ledger, journal entries, and account reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
- Ensure timely GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliance and filings.
- Coordinate internal and external audits and prepare required documentation.
- Monitor cash flow, budgets, and financial forecasts.
- Analyze financial data and prepare management reports with actionable insights.
- Maintain fixed asset registers and oversee depreciation schedules.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Support payroll accounting and employee reimbursement processes.
- Assist in budgeting, financial planning, and cost control initiatives.
- Work closely with auditors,



tax consultants, banks, and regulatory authorities.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and strengthen internal financial controls.
- Mentor and guide junior accounting staff where required.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
- CA, CMA, CA Inter, or CMA Inter preferred.
- 5–8 years of experience in accounting and finance.
- Strong knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards, GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Tally Prime, Microsoft Dynamics, or Zoho Books.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in manufacturing, healthcare, or corporate finance environments.
- Knowledge of budgeting, MIS reporting, and financial analysis.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet reporting deadlines.
- High attention to detail with robust ethical and professional standards.

Salary: As per company standards and experience.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
