Role & responsibilities

- Maintain accurate books of accounts and general ledger.

- Record all financial transactions in the accounting system.

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

- Ensure timely bank reconciliations and account reconciliations.

- Monitor cash flow and working capital.

- Verify export invoices, packing lists, and shipping documents.

- Maintain customer-wise and country-wise export records.

- Reconcile export sales with bank realizations.

- Track export receivables and outstanding payments.

- Coordinate with logistics and documentation teams regarding export transactions.

- Verify supplier invoices and purchase bills.

- Process vendor payments as per due dates.

- Reconcile supplier statements.

- Maintain accurate payable schedules.

- Handle foreign currency transactions.

- Prepare bank documents for export collections.





- Monitor exchange rate differences.

- Maintain banking records.

- Ensure GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.

- Coordinate with auditors and tax consultants.

- Prepare required statutory reports.

- Maintain compliance with company policies.

Preferred candidate profile

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles

- Excellent understanding of export documentation

- GST, TDS, and Income Tax compliance

- Accounting software Tally

- Foreign currency accounting

- Financial reporting and analysis

- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and organizational skills

- 58 years of accounting experience

- Experience in export or manufacturing industry preferred
