- Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and maintain general ledgers.

- Reconciliations: Conduct bank and balance sheet account reconciliations.

- Auditing & Compliance: Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure adherence to GAAP or local tax regulations.

- Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and review the work of staff accountants and bookkeepers. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6]

Key Requirements

- Experience: 3 to 5+ years of relevant accounting experience.

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

- Certifications: Preferred credentials include a CPA, CMA, or local equivalent.

- Skills: Advanced MS Excel skills and proficiency with accounting software like QuickBooks. [1, 2, 3]

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
