We’re Looking For
We are seeking a Senior Field Management Express Associate to oversee the sample collection period for quick-turn entertainment market research projects. The ideal candidate will have:
Experience supporting rapid-paced and quick-turnaround market research environment
Proven track record of executing tasks independently,
and operating with urgency, focus and discipline.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with internal stakeholders, and internal team members at all levels.
Ability to track and manage project budgets
Core Responsibilities
Coordinate multiple projects in both pre-field and field stages, ensuring deadlines are met for tasks such as survey questionnaire development, survey programming, translations, vendor testing, and sample collection.
Collaborate with a 24/7 team to ensure smooth handoffs and continuous progress updates across all teams.
Serve as the subject matter expert for operational processes related to Entertainment Express products, and drive adherence to MarketCast Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and drive process improvement.
