Job Responsibilities

Create, update, and maintain laboratory tests,



test codes, reference ranges, units, result comments, and related information within designated clinical databases with a high degree of accuracy.
Ensure timely completion of assigned workload while consistently meeting quality, productivity, and service level expectations.
Demonstrate proficiency in assigned clinical database applications and TELD processes.
Perform research and analysis related to laboratory test data requests, modifications, and database updates by reviewing historical records, supporting documentation, and stakeholder requirements.
Collaborate with global laboratories, business partners, and remote sites to investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve database-related issues.
Validate and verify database updates to ensure data integrity, consistency, and compliance with established procedures.
Maintain accurate documentation of activities, changes, and decisions to support operation
