Provides end-to-end visibility coordination across the Demand - Decisions - Delivery - Value lifecycle,



ensuring transparency at every stage.
Translate business needs into explicit outcomes, business cases, and prioritized work
Ensures initiatives align to enterprise standards, available platforms, and the strategic priorities in partnership with Architecture
Provide visibility into small, medium, and large work efforts, showing where each item is within the lifecycle
Support value realization by connecting delivery outcomes to business impact
Partner with IT Finance on investment visibility, funding alignment, and ROI tracking
Apply an AI-first lens in partnership with the AI Hub to improve intake, prioritization, and decision-making while ensuring business requests are evaluated through an AI-first approach
