We are seeking a highly motivated Sr. Associate – BI & Data Analytics Developer to support the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise reporting and analytics solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Power BI, Microsoft SQL technologies, ETL processes, and Azure SQL,



along with a strong understanding of Agile development practices. This role will work closely with business stakeholders, data engineers, and application teams to deliver scalable dashboards, reports, and data solutions that enable data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Power BI Development
Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports.
Create and optimize data models using best practices for performance and scalability.
Develop calculations and measures using DAX (Data Analysis Expressions).
Utilize Power Query for data transformation, cleansing, and integration.
Implement Row-Level Security (RLS) and data governance requirements.
Collaborate with business users to gather reporting requirements and translate them into actionable insights.
Data Integration & ETL
Develop and support ETL processes using SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services).
