About the Role
We are looking for a highly strategic and experienced Senior Manager – Social Media Strategy to lead the social media function for a portfolio of leading brands. This role goes beyond campaign execution—it requires building long-term brand strategies, driving creative excellence, mentoring high-performing teams, strengthening client partnerships, and ensuring measurable business impact through social media.
You will work closely with founders, clients, creative teams, influencer marketing, performance marketing, and brand strategy teams to build integrated campaigns that create meaningful business outcomes while shaping the future of social media within the agency.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Business Growth
• Define and lead the overall social media strategy for multiple enterprise and high-growth client accounts.
• Develop annual, quarterly, and campaign-specific social media strategies aligned with business objectives and brand positioning.




• Identify current opportunities to grow client accounts through innovative social media initiatives and integrated digital campaigns.
• Partner with leadership to strengthen the agency's social media capabilities and service offerings.
• Translate business goals into scalable social media frameworks that deliver measurable impact.
Client Leadership & Strategic Consulting
• Serve as the senior strategic advisor for key client accounts.
• Lead client workshops, strategy presentations, annual planning sessions, and quarterly business reviews.
• Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Provide proactive recommendations based on industry trends, consumer behavior, and platform evolution.
• Drive client satisfaction, long-term retention, and account growth through strategic excellence.
Creative & Content Leadership
• Establish creative direction across all social media initiatives.
• Oversee ideation for platform-native content including Reels, Short-form Videos,
