The role
As a Global Performance & Culture Specialist,



you will play a key role in shaping the employee experience at The Magnum Ice Cream Company. Working within the Talent, Learning and Organisation team, you will support the design, implementation and continuous improvement of our global performance and culture programmes, helping to build a high-performance culture where everyone can thrive.
This is a unique opportunity to join us at an exciting stage in our journey as a standalone business. You will help embed our performance philosophy, bring The Ice Cream Way to life, support our Equity, Diversity & Inclusion agenda, and strengthen our Employer Value Proposition (EVP) internally and externally.
