As an MS IT Infra - SQL DBA Senior Associate, you will play a crucial role in managing, securing, and optimizing our database environment. Within our Cloud Engineering, Data & Analytics network, you will focus on implementing, configuring, maintaining, and tuning SQL Server RDBMS systems to support seamless operations and high availability for clients. You will collaborate with developers, system administrators,



and business analysts to maintain data integrity and security, while also leading modernization initiatives and high-impact database changes.

As a Senior Associate, you will leverage your skills to analyze complex problems and mentor junior team members. You will build meaningful client connections and develop a deeper understanding of the business context. Navigating increasingly complex situations, you will grow your personal brand and deepen your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions even when the path forward isn’t clear.
