Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Oracle Fusion Cloud PaaS Lead to drive the design, development, and deployment of applications and extensions on the Oracle Fusion Cloud Platform (PaaS) using Visual Builder (VBCS).
In this role, you will act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Oracle Visual Builder, leading offshore teams while collaborating with global stakeholders and cross-functional business teams.
You will translate business and technical requirements into scalable, high-performance solutions and ensure seamless integration across Oracle SaaS modules, including ERP, HCM, SCM, and EPM.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end design, development, and deployment of applications and extensions on Oracle Visual Builder
Act as the PaaS SME, driving solution design, configuration, deployment, and monitoring
Conduct requirement gathering workshops and translate business and technical needs into scalable solutions
Build, configure, and maintain VBCS applications integrated with Oracle SaaS and PaaS services
Ensure seamless end-to-end integration across cross-functional modules
Serve as the primary point of contact for the offshore PaaS workstream and ensure alignment with onshore and client teams
Manage project lifecycle phases including SIT, UAT, deployment, and production support for Visual Builder applications
