Strategy & Growth Initiatives

Develop and implement strategic plans that align with LAR’s long-term objectives.
Evaluate industry trends, customer dynamics, and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities.
Support inorganic growth initiatives, including market assessments, business case development, and integration planning.

Business Development Activities





Identify and evaluate new growth opportunities through customer partnerships, adjacent markets, portfolio expansion, and solution development.
Lead assessments of market size, competitive dynamics, and unmet customer needs to shape business cases and investment priorities.
Support strategic partnerships and growth initiatives with cross-functional and divisional collaboration.
Translate market insights into actionable business plans that align with LAR’s commercial strategy and product roadmap.
Partner with regional and global commercial teams to shape entry strategies into high-potential market segments and geographies.

Go-to-Market & Commercial Strategy

Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for recent and existing products in alignment with commercial priorities.
Define and partner with marketing on demand generation initiatives across direct, channel, and digital touchpoints.
