We are currently seeking a Database Analyst to join our diverse and dynamic team. The Database Analyst position is accountable for database updates to the PubsHub Journals & Congresses Database.
What You Will Be Doing:
Interface regularly with customers regarding content updates.
Perform routine demo's showcasing database services of products.
Providing administrative support for client focused proposals, budgets and client grids
Provide feedback for with new enhancements or automation to development team.
Provide Help Desk Support for assigned products.
Provide frequent updates to the database to ensure that our clients have the most current data available to make factual decisions on publishing decisions.
Your Profile:




Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration).
3-6 years of relevant experience in database management and/or data analysis.
Strong proficiency in database systems (e.g., SQL, MySQL, Oracle) and data manipulation tools.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and quality.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to evolving client needs.
