About the Role

We are looking for a highly driven and strategic Key Account Manager –
E-Commerce to lead the growth of HARMAN's portfolio on Flipkart. This role is




responsible for developing and executing platform-specific growth strategies,
managing key customer relationships, driving profitable sales, and collaborating
cross-functionally to maximize business performance. The ideal candidate
combines strong commercial acumen with analytical thinking, excellent
relationship management skills, and hands-on experience in managing large
e-commerce accounts within the consumer electronics or FMCG industry.

What You Will Do

* Relationship Management – Build and maintain excellent relationships with
platforms, sellers, and internal stakeholders. The incumbent should be
willing to travel and conduct weekly face-to-face meetings with customers.

* Sales – Deliver sales targets by executing platform-level strategies and
partnerships that drive incremental growth while maintaining a strong focus
on margins.
