Design, configure, and deliver enterprise SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) solutions by combining strong HR domain expertise with AI assisted delivery and integration practices. The role focuses on accelerating implementation, improving data quality and user experience,



and embedding pre built AI and automation capabilities into core HR processes—without building or training AI models.

Core Responsibilities

Enterprise HR Core Delivery

Design, configure, and implement SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central solutions aligned with global HR processes and policies.

Translate business and HR requirements into scalable EC configurations covering core employee data, organizational structures, and workflows.

Support full lifecycle activities including enhancements, releases, testing, data migration, and production support.

AI Assisted Delivery & Productivity

Use AI copilots and GenAI tools to accelerate requirements analysis, configuration validation, documentation, testing, and defect resolution.

Apply AI assisted techniques to improve data consistency, identify anomalies, and optimize HR processes.
