What would you do?

The Associate Manager – Learning & Development (L&D;) is responsible for supporting the design, coordination, and execution of learning programs for internal teams and client-facing operations.



The role focuses on driving learning initiatives, managing stakeholder relationships, supporting talent development strategies, and ensuring smooth delivery of training operations aligned with business goals. The individual works closely with business leaders, HR partners, trainers, and operations teams to identify capability gaps, improve employee performance, and enhance the overall learning experience. What are we looking for? Required Skills
Solid understanding of learning and development processes and training operations
Good stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and reporting tools
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other MS Office applications
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong collaboration and team managemen
