Job Description
Responsibilities: Support evaluation of leasing and lending opportunities by gathering and analyzing relevant data. Assist in preparing and reviewing lease terms and financing agreements under guidance from senior team members. Manage and maintain lease and loan documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance. Conduct basic market research and feasibility studies to support new leasing and lending projects. Ensure adherence to legal, compliance, and regulatory standards in all transactions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business development and operational initiatives. Provide assistance to senior associates and managers across leasing and lending activi
