The Role
We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our team. You'll take end-to-end ownership of complex features and technical initiatives - from inception through to production - while helping shape the architectural direction of the platform.
You'll lead the decomposition of our monolith into an Event-Driven, Microservice architecture, make independent, well-reasoned design decisions, and set the technical standard for those around you.




You'll be expected to mentor colleagues, contribute to engineering strategy, and act as a credible technical voice with product and non-technical stakeholders alike.
About you:
You take end-to-end ownership - You're comfortable driving complex features from ambiguous brief through to production deployment. You raise risks early, maintain delivery momentum, and hold yourself accountable for outcomes - not just outputs.
You make sound architectural decisions independently - You have a solid grasp of design patterns, distributed systems, and microservices architecture. You can evaluate trade-offs, document decisions clearly, and influence technical direction across the team without needing to be the loudest voice in the room.
You set the quality bar - You're a passionate proponent of quality code - SOLID principles, software craftsmanship, TDD and BDD are embedded habits. You target high automated test coverage as a baseline, a
