Job Description
Responsibilities: Responsible for overseeing all aspects of employee relationships within the organization, from recruitment to offboarding, ensuring compliance with policies and fostering positive employee experiences. Coordinate recruitment processes, including job postings, interview scheduling, and onboarding support. Assist in developing and implementing employee orientation programs and training initiatives to support smooth integration and development.
