Job Summary:

Manage defined workstreams within GCC strategy and digital transformation engagements, taking responsibility for structuring the approach, shaping the analysis, and delivering high-quality outputs within agreed timelines along with budgeting and forecasting activities
Own and lead projects – guiding team, reviewing outputs, and ensuring coherence across deliverables at the workstream level
Prepare client presentations, workshop materials, and proposal sections independently, contributing actively to client discussions and working sessions




Develop business cases, cost analyses, value realization frameworks, and support models for GCC setup and digital strategy assignments
Apply a technology and business perspective across GCC processes, IT governance design, KPI and maturity frameworks, and emerging areas such as AI-enabled transformation
Contribute to business development efforts through research, pitch preparation, and proposal development and managing BD cycles
Excel as a long-term trusted advisor and partner by providing thought leadership and profound knowledge of market trends.

Roles & Responsibilities:

GCC Strategy and Setup: lead analysis of BOT/ABO setup models, location and sourcing strategy, GCC tooling landscape assessment, capability maturity evaluation, and process taxonomy design for new GCC entities
Cost Analysis and Value Realization: develop detailed cost models covering setup costs, run-rate costs, and total cost of owner
