Role Overview
Having recently completed a core migration from custom enterprise systems to Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, the company is seeking an experienced Senior Manager – Oracle Fusion ERP Leader. Acting as the second-in-command for the enterprise applications division, this leader will report directly to the CPTO.
In this role, you will own the functional and technical performance of the Oracle Fusion Cloud ecosystem (SCM, Financials, Procurement).



You will drive post-migration stabilization, lead cross-platform integration across store POS systems and digital apps, manage System Integrator (SI) partners, and build in-house technical capability to support rapid store expansion.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic ERP Leadership & Roadmap
Function as the strategic and technical lead for the Oracle Fusion Cloud platform across Supply Chain Management (SCM), Financials, and Procurement.
Collaborate directly with the CPTO to define and execute the enterprise application roadmap to support high-volume, multi-location business growth.
Establish robust enterprise IT governance, release management, disaster recovery, and data security standards.
2. Omnichannel & Retail Operations Integration
Lead functional configuration, solution design, and continuous optimization for Order-to-Cash (O2C), Procurement, Fulfillment, and Inventory Management.
