About the Role
JLL is seeking an experienced EHS Manager to lead Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) operations within a large IT workplace environment. The role is responsible for implementing EHS programs, ensuring statutory compliance, driving employee safety initiatives, conducting audits, and fostering a robust safety culture across the facility.
The successful candidate will work closely with Facility Management teams,



IFM EHS leads, business stakeholders, and corporate functions to ensure compliance with EHS regulations and organizational standards while supporting continuous improvement and sustainability initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
EHS Program Management
Implement EHS policies, procedures, and standards across the facility.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and national regulations related to environmental protection, occupational health, and workplace safety.
Conduct risk assessments and identify hazards and potential risks.
Prioritize employee and visitor health by identifying and mitigating workplace hazards.
Ensure a protected working environment free from conditions that could cause injury or illness.
Address environmental concerns by minimizing the impact of business operations.
Ensure effective implementation of Management of Change (MOC) processes.
Audits & Inspections
Conduct and lead regular EHS
