We are an established hosting and cloud infrastructure provider undergoing a strategic transformation. Our focus is shifting from a purely B2C model to a proactive B2B enterprise approach, with emphasis on security compliance, operational automation, and internal efficiency.
To support this transformation, we are building a dedicated Internal Tools Team in India to strengthen our global operations and ensure our internal systems are as robust as our client-facing infrastructure.
The Role
We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our new Internal Tools development team in Noida. This role is not about typical product development—it is about building the “engine room” of the company: automating workflows, ensuring compliance, and integrating systems across HR, Finance, Operations, and Security.
You will serve as the technical bridge between our Spain-based HQ (Technical Committee)



and the development team in India, owning the full software lifecycle—from requirements gathering with non-technical stakeholders to deployment and maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
1. Technical Leadership & Architecture
Lead the design and development of internal tools using Laravel (PHP), Python, and Node.js.
Maintain and refactor legacy PHP applications while introducing modern microservices.
Ensure all tools meet security standards (logging, access control, encryption).
Own the CI/CD pipeline for internal tools in collaboration with DevOps.
2. Team Management (Noida)
Build and manage a team of 2–4 full-stack developers.
Foster a culture of ownership—developers should understand business problems, not just code.
Conduct code reviews, sprint planning, and performance evaluations.
Mentor junior developers to become versatile, full-stack contributors.
3. Stakeholder Management & Automation
