Role Summary:
The Analyst will support private capital and private equity engagements by conducting rigorous data analysis, market research, and financial modeling. The role involves working closely with senior team members on due diligence, valuation, and value creation projects. The Analyst will apply structured analytical thinking, leverage advanced analytics tools,



and contribute to high-quality reports and presentations that support client's investment decisions across the deal lifecycle
Key Responsibilities
Deploy structured analytics, statistical techniques, and research methodologies to support complex business and investment-related problem solving.
Support due diligence and valuation engagements for private equity clients, including buy-side, sell-side, IPO, and post-transaction value realization work.
Conduct detailed market, financial, and operational due diligence to support investment decisions and deal-value realization.
Develop and maintain financial models, valuation analyses, and data-driven insights using advanced analytics and AI-enabled techniques where applicable.
Prepare transparent, concise, and well-structured reports and presentations for internal teams and client stakeholders.
Collaborate with senior team members to identify risks, growth opportunities, and value creation levers for clients.
