Skilled in implementing workflows, developing scoped applications, and configuring Service Portals, Flow Designer, and Knowledge Base. Proficient in translating business needs into technical solutions, with a robust grasp of SDLC and REST/SOAP integrations. Holds relevant certifications and demonstrates strong communication and client engagement skills Roles & Responsibilities: -

Responsible for installation, configuration, and customization of ServiceNow GRC Platform.




Demonstrating experience working with workflows in one or more key areas of the ServiceNow platform (e.g., GRC, SecOps)
Proficient in developing, integrating and maintaining applications using ServiceNow Platform technology and tools.
Strong Knowledge in ServiceNow Scripting modules like Business Rules, Script Includes, Email Notifications, Workflows, UI Policies, Data Policies, Client Scripts, etc.
Integration of ServiceNow with 3rd party tools/applications/platforms
ssHands-on experience in Integrations with Web Services REST and SOAP, Scripted Web Services.
Good Understanding of Page Design and Widget Configurations related to Service Portal
Good Knowledge on Flow Designer Configurations and Integration Hub.
Hands on experience in Scoped Application development with Studio.
Good Understanding of Version and Patch upgrades.
Hands on experience in Knowledge Base and Knowledge Article Configur
