About the role (HVAC Lab Operations & Maintenance.)
JOB RESPONSIBILITY:
Lead daily HVAC lab operations for Chiller, VRF, RAC, LC, Sound, and Reliability laboratories.




Drive high lab availability and productivity through preventive and breakdown maintenance.
Ensure accuracy, repeatability, and reliability of test results.
Define, track, and improve lab KPIs (utilization, interruptions, turnaround time, quality).
Manage utilities, fixtures, instrumentation, calibration, and AMC contracts.
Drive lab upgrades for new refrigerants, higher capacities, automation, and safety enhancements.
Ensure highest standards of Environmental, Health & Safety (EH&S;) across labs operations and projects.
Ensure compliant handling of refrigerants, pressurized systems, electrical, and thermal hazards.
Manage critical lab vendors, contractors, and service providers.
Drive process standardization, digital dashboards, and continuous improvement.
Lead cost optimization, productivity improvement, and kaizen initiatives.
Requirements
