This role strengthens governance, compliance,



and operational integrity across Colleague Systems & Experience – Optimise. It ensures consistent delivery execution by supporting governance rhythms, maintaining quality artefacts, and driving visibility of risks, decisions, regulatory impacts and dependencies. The role supports Marc in governing the product landscape, engaging stakeholders that range from P&C; Centres of Excellence, AI Squads to Market teams and the engagement of the Colleague Systems & Experience team and uplifting the value and benefit realisation communication and tracking.
