You will build and optimise production grade AI services that improve intent understanding, response quality, and system reliability at scale. You will operate at the intersection of software engineering and applied machine learning, influencing architecture decisions, model performance, and platform scalability. The position offers strong exposure to enterprise AI systems, up-to-date LLM frameworks, and cross functional collaboration with product, research, and design teams, creating clear pathways for technical growth and increased ownership.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop scalable AI driven systems that improve conversational accuracy and user experience across global platforms
Build and optimise real time and asynchronous AI pipelines to enhance system performance, latency, and reliability
