What You Will Do
Responsible for creating Proactive safe culture by identifying Hazard identification & unsafe working conditions




Leading problem-solving and developing Mistake proofing solution.
Identifying & Implementing Process Automation
Driving MES implementation and Smart factory initiatives
Creating & updating Process FMEA and RPN reduction recommendation
Configuration & ECN Management handling and driving team on effective implementation
Supporting production team on meeting Monthly Customer demand by driving unresolved Product issues and taking up with Engineering team until getting solution for each problem.
Conducting Productivity improvement projects by analyzing & improving existing production processes continuously, schedules, and workflows and coming with innovative ideas for improvement.
Designing Fixture and development for process improvements
Identifying and implement strategies to reduce Cost saving target (PIP savings) inorder to meet yearly cost savings target & to reduce CPH (cost per hour)
Knowledge and hands on experience in SAP
