Responsibilities
Leads operational execution and service delivery excellence, ensuring alignment with business priorities, data quality, governance, productivity, and customer outcomes.




Drives organizational effectiveness through workforce planning, talent development, performance management, succession planning, employee engagement, and leadership development.
Leads operational excellence initiatives focused on process simplification, standardization, automation, and continuous improvement across the product lifecycle environment.
Partners with Product Engineering, NPI, Supply Chain, Planning, Manufacturing, Logistics, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure effective execution, alignment, and cross-functional collaboration.
Identifies, prioritizes, and leads strategic initiatives involving AI, automation, analytics, and digital transformation to improve operational efficiency, scalability, decision-making, and business outcomes.
Education & Experience Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or a related discipline. MBA or advanced degree prefe
