Job Summary
Synechron is seeking a Software Engineer - Java with solid Java engineering skills, hands-on cloud experience, and practical knowledge of AI-assisted development using Claude.The role will contribute to software development activities involving Java, Spring Boot, RESTful API design, AWS services, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code, cloud security, PostgreSQL, and relational databases. The position will support the delivery of reliable and maintainable software solutions aligned with business and technology requirements.

Overall Responsibilities
Develop software using Java 11 or later and Spring Boot.
Design and implement RESTful APIs.




Work with AWS services, including EKS/Kubernetes, Lambda, RDS, IAM, and KMS.
Apply practical experience with Claude in AI-assisted development activities.
Develop, maintain, and support CI/CD pipelines.
Apply infrastructure-as-code practices.
Follow cloud security best practices during software development and deployment.
Develop and support applications using PostgreSQL and relational databases.
Participate in software design, development, testing, debugging, and code review activities.
Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to understand requirements and support delivery activities.
Contribute to software quality, maintainability, security, and reliability.
Identify and communicate technical issues, dependencies, and delivery risks.
Apply efficient and maintainable approaches to cloud-based software development and infrastructure management.
