We are seeking an experienced NOC Operations Manager / Incident Management Lead to lead 24x7 operations,



major incident management, cloud infrastructure support, and operational excellence initiatives. This role requires strong expertise in AWS operations, incident command, stakeholder communication, monitoring platforms, and people leadership to ensure high availability and reliability of critical production systems.
