Position Summary: We are seeking a strategic and creative social media professional to lead PUMA India's presence across platforms like Instagram, X, YouTube, and Pinterest. This role involves developing impactful content, managing influencer collaborations, and driving engagement while ensuring brand consistency. You’ll work closely with internal teams and agencies to execute campaigns, monitor performance, and optimize based on insights and trends.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of content creation and curation, working closely with design and copy teams to ensure compelling, platform-specific content that reflects the brand's voice and values.

Social and Influencer
Key Objectives:
Social Media Strategy & Management: Develop and implement effective social media strategies to increase brand heat and engagement across all major platforms including Instagram, X, YouTube and Pinterest. You'll manage and oversee PUMA India's social media accounts, ensuring consistent brand messaging and community engagement through timely responses. You will also monitor, analyse, and report on social media performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results.
Content Creation & Curation: Create, curate, and manage high-quality, engaging content tailored for various platforms. This includes collaborating with design and copy teams to produce compelling visuals and copy, ensuring all content aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with target audiences.
