Key responsibilities:
Operations Management (SGO International Plants)
Monitor plant-level inventory health and ensure accurate and real-time stock visibility.
Ensure effective material planning and availability aligned with production requirements.
Manage batch-wise inventory tracking and shelf life monitoring.
Proactively identify and mitigate risks related to excess inventory, expiries, and stock-outs.
Inventory Optimization & Working Capital Management
Lead initiatives to reduce overall inventory levels while maintaining customer service commitments.
Evaluate and optimize safety stock strategies, replenishment models, stocking policies, and inventory segmentation approaches.
Drive continuous improvement programs focused on inventory turns, stock availability, and inventory productivity.
Identify opportunities to minimize excess inventory and improve inventory utilization across global facilities
Digital Transformation & Process Automation
Champion automation of inventory reporting and analytical processes through advanced BI and planning tools.
Identify opportunities to eliminate manual reporting activities and enhance real-time visibility.
Support digital transformation initiatives involving predictive analytics, AI, and intelligent inventory management solutions.
