Position details
We are seeking an experienced Senior Dynatrace Observability Engineer / Administrator to lead the implementation, administration, and continuous enhancement of the Dynatrace SaaS observability platform.



The successful candidate will possess strong expertise in end-to-end monitoring, event management, ServiceNow integration, dashboard engineering, and automation.
This role will work closely with Infrastructure, Application, Network, Security, Cloud, and Service Management teams to deliver a unified observability framework, improve operational visibility, accelerate incident resolution, and drive proactive monitoring across enterprise services.
Key Responsibilities
Dynatrace Platform Administration & Architecture
Administer and manage the Dynatrace SaaS platform, including OneAgent, ActiveGate, extensions, integrations, and tenant configurations.
Design and maintain scalable observability architecture supporting infrastructure, applications, databases, middleware, network, and cloud environments.
Configure monitoring policies, management zones, tagging strategies, alerting profiles, and role-based access controls.
