Job Scope:
The Assistant Manager – Customer Development will support in managing the strategic accounts within the region. This role focuses on driving growth through new business acquisitions, developing new opportunities,



and ensuring compliance with legal requirements while enhancing customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in leading and managing the team to support strategic accounts.
Contribute to driving growth through new business acquisitions and the development of new business opportunities.
Regularly assess, clarify, and validate customer needs to ensure alignment with DSC’s offerings.
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in all customer interactions and operations.
Facilitate regular communication between DSC internal stakeholders to promote continuous improvement initiatives.
Investigate and review key customers' supply chain needs, identifying potential value opportunities.
Support the achievement of agreed KPIs and contribute to net growth by winning additional business and retaining existing clients.
Build and maintain networks within customer organizations, demonstrating the value delivered by DSC.
