We’re currently seeking a motivated early-career professional to join the HSBC Asset Management (India) Private Limited (AMIN) Sales & Distribution team.

Role Purpose
Support the Sales & Distribution team in growing mutual fund / investment product penetration across distributor channels (Banks,



National Distributors and IFAs). The role focuses on learning the business, supporting relationship managers, contributing to sales enablement activities and building foundational client/distributor engagement skills.
This role will involve periodic direct interaction with distributors/clients. A confident communicator with interest in markets and sales will be a strong fit.

Key Responsibilities

Support key distributor relationships across Banks (including Wealth and Personal Banking (WPB) segment), National Distributors and Independent Financial Advisers (IFAs) under guidance from senior team members.
Assist with distributor engagement activities such as product updates, sales campaigns, promotional schemes and regular communication.
Help identify new distribution opportunities (especially within the IFA segment) by mapping potential partners and maintaining lead lists.
