Team Overview
We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead a high-performing team throughout the software development lifecycle. This individual will drive the design and delivery of scalable cloud and on-premises solutions for customers in the U.S. and globally, while partnering closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution.

The ideal candidate combines robust people leadership with deep technical expertise in software architecture, cloud platforms, data infrastructure, and automation. They will mentor and grow engineering talent while helping define the technical strategy and operational excellence of our solutions.

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
Role Overview And Core Responsibilities
Lead the operations of a multi-cloud hybrid data and analytics platform ensuring high availability, scalability, and performance.
Drive progressive operational excellence through automation, observability, and incident management.
Manage and coordinate with multiple engineering teams to ensure seamless deployment, monitoring, and support of platform services and products.
Establish and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines for platform components.
Develop and enforce security, compliance, and governance standards across cloud environments.
Mentor and guide junior engineers in operational best practices and technical troubleshooting.

Required Knowledge And Experiences

Expertise in managing operations across AWS and GCP in a hybrid cloud environment.
Strong proficiency in Kuberne
